1) What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Generally, goods are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable due to a customer’s change of heart. Only in the case of a wrong item being sent, or the item arrived damaged a return and exchange of item shall be accepted. Please contact our customer care at [email protected] immediately and we will explain the next steps. Please do not open any wrongly sent product and use it. Once opened, it will be considered sold.


2) Are Elany products approved by KKM (Ministry of Health of Malaysia)?

Yes, all Elany products are approved by KKM (the Ministry of Health of Malaysia) and you can find them in the registry of KKM of approved products via the NOT number.


3) Are all products of Elany halal?

All Elany products use certified halal ingredients only and are produced in a certified halal production facility in Malaysia.


4) Are all Elany products safe to use? Will there be any side effects if I stop using them?

All Elany products follow the highest safety regulations and international and national best practices. All ingredients of our products are sourced locally and internationally and follow the highest quality standards. Every product of Elany is developed after stringent research processes and lab tested. If you decide to stop using any product, there won’t be any side effects.

Please be reminded, that every person has a unique skin composition and sensitivity. If you purchase our products for the first time, please try them out on a small patch of skin first, to be sure there are no skin sensitivities or skin reactions to any of our premium and natural ingredients. If you experience any discomfort or unwanted reaction after use, please stop the usage immediately and contact us.


4) Are your products suitable for both genders?

Yes, our products are suitable for male and female skin. We recommend usage of our products for adults and young adults from 14 years and above.


5) How fast will I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed, packed and handed to a delivery service. After dispatch you will receive a tracking number. Depending on the delivery service, you shall receive your parcel within 2 to 3 days after dispatch (not counting weekends and public holidays) and you can check the status of your delivery via your tracking number with the delivery provider directly.


6) Are your products wudhu friendly?

Yes, all our skincare products are wudhu friendly.
